David Gulick has been an integral part of Thank God I...® for nearly 3 years. He was a founding member of the company's current vision—driving Thank God I...® to become a major player in the personal and spiritual development industry.

David's main goals within Thank God I...® are to ensure that all products, processes and projects maintain the integrity of the company brand, image, and educational theories.

David brings to this position over 10 years experience in the areas of business strategy, branding, and planning, as well as in process and project management, efficiency studies, budget oversight, Internet business and marketing, development of strategic partnerships and venture capital/investment.

David has also been a "student" of Thank God I...® President John Castagnini for over 2 years and has done intense study on Universal Laws & their relationship to human emotions. He counts among his mentors Robert Kiyosaki, Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield & Napoleon Hill. Email David

Aaron Kleinerman - Director of Coaching & Speaking Division

Aaron has been a core developmental leader for the Thank God I...® brand for over 2 years now.  With a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology and hundreds of hours of study with Thank God I...® creator John Castagnini, Aaron brings forth the dynamic components of compassion and persistence to the development and growth of this brand.

Aaron leads the Coaching & Speaking Division of Thank God I...®, driving home the core principles of Imperfectology® and Higher Mind Activation®.  He travels, teaches, and speaks worldwide, sharing and delivering a message that truly awakens his audience to the brilliance and wisdom of their soul.

Aaron's main goal within this community is developing future leaders, speakers and HMA® coaches across the globe.  As a young and dynamic business and personal development leader,  Aaron truly lives, breathes, and acts from within the principles he teaches.  His strengths are within interpersonal communication, product development, brand consistency, and the everyday application of Imperfectology®.

Carmine Parrella - Director of National Sales

Carmine Parrella is heading our National Sales and marketing division where he is responsible for recruitment and training of the Thank God I marketing team. Carmine's commitment is to help find and mold the finest team of serious, ethical and committed individuals to expand and expose the Thank God I vision.

Carmine's has been a Commodity trader since 1997 where he was a member of the New York Board of Trade exchange. For the past few years he has traded customer accounts as CEO of Mercato trading. Email Carmine

Katherine Scherer - Director of Creative Development

Katherine Scherer recently "retired" after 34 years as a business owner and operator. Her self-education and experience in the tax system, bookkeeping, corporate structure, and employee management helped her obtain her Real Estate Brokers License. Her communication and negotiation expertise led her company into relationships with national builders, adding numerous major projects in and around her city completed by her company.

Katherine co-authored a book about gratitude, which led her to Thank God I....® and the opportunity to write her story for the first book in the series. Her numerous duties vary as the company grows. Email Katherine

Jason Croxall - Director of Audio/Visual Production (Book Manager/Story Coach/Audio Education Editor)

As book manager for the 2nd Volume and Co-Manager for the 3rd Thank God I…® anthologies, Jason has guided over 100 authors through the writing process. An award-winning producer and scriptwriter for public radio, he holds a B.S. in Telecommunications and a Secondary Education Certification from Ohio University. After working in the radio/television and recording industry for seven years, Jason returned to his home town and teaches high school English. Email Jason

Stan Grindstaff - Editor-In-Chief (Book Manager/Story Coach)

Stan heads up the editing team for Thank God I…®: Volume 2 is his first major project. In that volume, you’ll find his own story, “Thank God Mom Escaped Life Support.” (To check out his work—read the book!)
