Below are 5 Things To Do Right Now In The Current Economy:
1. Increase the number of calls you normally make by 30% and have at least 30 people actively looking at your services or opportunity at any one time.
2. Add at least 3 extra hours/week to prospecting for new members and business associates.
3. Read books, listen to audios and do something daily to inspire yourself.
4. Take a break from watching the news or reading it - this will help you stay positive.
5. Get out and network with people, exchange business cards, and present yourself in a professional manner. These are your future clients and although they may not say yes now they may in the future.

Hello Thank God I Community...
I have always known since a very young age, about 8 years old, that I was meant to travel the world, meet my brothers and sisters and spread the message of love. I am now fulfilling on that mission through my books, music, speaking, TV, film and the web. One way to virtually connect with people all over the world is through incredible sites like this one. What I appreciate about this community is that people here understand and have experienced the true power and presence of love. Not a fairytale or romantic type of love or even an "unconditional love" but can relate to the reality that "Love Is All There Is." I am grateful to be a part of the Thank God I series, I am a featured author in the first book with my story, "Thank God I'm Bald!"
I am looking forward to sharing here about my experience of taking the message of love out into the world. I will share with you my story, my experiences and ah-has along the way.
Here's to love...
Keep Shining!

Many people have looked for happiness in foreign material objects.
Many have looked for happiness in different areas of the globe.
Many people have looked for happiness in psychological medication.
Many people have looked for happiness in their mind or in their brain.
Since 1996, I have been studying, learning, developing and teaching sustainable happiness and I have come to understand that it very well may be impossible to find and develop sustainable happiness in your mind and brain. It turns out that we can not ‘think’ ourselves to feeling this deep internal contentment.
Our brain functions our emotional center of our human experience yet the nature of emotions come and go no matter what we do. They are temporary and transient.
This type of happiness, hedonic happiness, is evoked by external circumstances basically entirely out of our control.
Most of us live primarily in an experience dictated by our left brain which is an experience dictated by limitation, fear, criticism, striving, pragmatics, and doing.
What if I said, well,
“We are human beings.
We are not human thinkings or human doings.”
We cannot “think” our way to sustainable happiness.
We have to create happiness from the inside out. This type of happiness that is sustainable, Eudaimonic happiness, is in our control! It is based on being your authentic self, knowing and using your strengths, knowing your purpose and feeling a sense of meaning and fulfillment in your life. This inner contentment will be with you independent of people, place, things and circumstances.
It is very unusual to find someone who has achieved those heart and soul connected experiences. It is through listening to our heart and soul that we find the answers to the treasure of our sustainable happiness.
Would you like to learn how to develop this deep inner contentment that provides you with that heart centered warm fuzzy feeling that presents the greatest experience known to man? A true unwavering deeply ingrained feeling of complete and utter faith that you are a happy person no longer looking for what you are longing for. You are just being a happy person.

 | I am Creator I am the one and only creator of my life. I create through my thinking, be it positive or negative. I become aware that I am creating every second of my life. When I am aware of my creator self, I immediately eliminate all dark ideas and make room only for thoughts of pure Light. (Michael Dugray) |

When something painful occurs in your life, it can be challenging to move past that experience. If you've experienced physical or sexual abuse, how do you heal your wounds and move forward? What if you were lied to; betrayed in a relationship? How do you forgive and avoid feeling resentful? What if a loved one died suddenly and you had no time to say goodbye. How do you find peace?
Make Your Past Mean Something Empowering
Like choosing to accessorize with your Coach handbag this week, and your Dooney & Bourke next week, you can choose what meanings you want to accessorize your past. If the meaning you've attached to a memory creates negative feelings, elect to find meaning that makes you feel good.
For example, one of my clients recently underwent a divorce. Struggling to move on from her feelings of resentment and anger, I asked my client what she was making her divorce mean. Her answer; "My divorce means I'm a failure. My husband doesn't love me, therefore there's something wrong with me."
Can you see how this particular meaning could be causing her anguish & pain? Here is the question I posed back: "If there were a positive purpose for why you had to go through your divorce what might it be?" She thought for a minute then said, "Perhaps so I could see what I really want in a relationship. I want children & my husband never did. Perhaps my divorce was a blessing in a disguise" As the words left her lips, her emotional state shifted. Instead of feeling resentful and angry, she experienced a sense of gratitude.
The Power of Forgiveness
When we hold on to negative emotions and adopt an unwillingness to forgive, the only people we hurt are ourselves. This unwillingness is often driven by the irrational belief that if we harden our hearts and fixate on our past, we will avoid repeating the same mistakes in our future. We believe if we stay angry, we can protect ourselves from being hurt again. Unfortunately, it's this type of ideology that draws us straight back into situations reminiscent of our past.
Freedom from Acceptance
When you can learn to accept the past, realizing it can't be relived, you can surrender to the notion you're now free to move on. Here is an illustration of this in the story of two monks...
Two monks were walking along a country road that had become extremely muddy after some heavy rain, when they came upon a woman. She was trying to cross the road but the mud was so deep it would have ruined her new kimono. The first monk, feeling compassion for the woman, scooped her up and carried her to the other side.
Five hours later the two monks were still walking and about to enter their temple. The second monk, who could contain himself no longer, yelled out in fury; "how dare you carry that woman across the road? You know we monks are not supposed to do things like that?" "Dear friend", said the first monk, "I put that woman down hours ago, you are the one still carrying her."
Is Your Past Attachment Affecting Your Health?
While letting go of your past can seem a daunting task, it's certainly in your interest to do so. Numerous studies have revealed that suppressed emotions can have a significantly detrimental effect on the body. Suppressed anger for instance is now known to cause high levels of the stress hormone cortisol that weaken your immune system & make you more prone to memory loss, infections, migraines and heart disease. Grief and resentment is being linked to certain types of cancers, and guilt and shame can lead to depression. So what can you do to move on from your past? Here are six steps you can implement immediately so you can feel free and empowered in the present.
1. Make a list of all your negative experiences and forgive all the people involved, most importantly yourself.
2. Use creative outlets such as dance, drawing, writing or music to express (not suppress) your feelings surrounding your past.
3. Practice living in the Now. When you find yourself dwelling on the past, gently draw your thoughts and attention back to the present. Avoid developing an unhealthy addiction to negative emotions.
4. If your past involves hurting another person, try asking for forgiveness. If the person has since passed on, write them a letter expressing your remorse.
5. Choose to believe that everything happens for a positive purpose and intention, and always for your highest good. Practice expressing gratitude. There is always an opportunity present if you choose to want to find it.
6. Find a good Coach or Psychologist. Talking out your experiences with a professional who won't judge you often expedites healing.
