When I was 26 years old I co-wrote a book entitled Treasures Within ~ Meditation with a Friend. At the time I found tremendous relief in meditation. In fact, I still meditate today. And I will be forever grateful to it for more than one reason. But this is the most important one...

After years of practice I stumbled upon this startling discovery: 
When the meditation was over so was my momentary vacation from life. Sure I was peaceful for those 60 minutes.  But afterwards, I picked up right where I had left off. And all of the angry feelings were right back where I had felt them before...inside of me.

Meditation disclosed to me one great secret: It became clear that all of the ups and downs in my life were the result of my emotions. This one idea rocked my world. The discovery was so profound that I began to pursue it in every way I could. Little did I know then that I would be dedicating the rest of my life to studying emotions and how they affect all of us on a daily basis.

And then I saw the perfection in it. And knowing this perfection prompted me to create this program in order to share this profound information with the world.
